Actor rejection. It's something that makes all of us stressed AF to one extent or another.

So how do we deal with it when it's really defeating us??

While that answer is always going to be different based on the person, today's episode sheds some light on what might be happening in our favor - despite all the rejection we're currently facing.

• What to consider the next time you get a rejection that might be working in your favor
• My specific word I recommend to set an intention for when it feels like your acting goals aren’t working
• The big thing to consider when given the advice “just be patient, your time will come…”
