The belief that you are an entity that is separate from everything that surrounds you is false. You may look at yourself in the mirror and disagree – you most certainly appear to have boundaries that are distinct from the objects and people around you. But reality isn’t always as it seems – and luckily for us, science is starting to show these connections. For example, the energy from your heart radiates many feet out from your body and – as we learned in Ep.159 - when you put your feet on the earth, it changes the viscosity of your blood.
