I decided to make a bold statement: Stop Exercising. Exercise connects us to all that is wrong with dieting and our feeling bad about our bodies. Exercise sets us up to feel less than and to ultimately quit any kind of activity presented to us.
Here is the case for Joyful Movement, a lovely part of Intuitive Eating. I always thought exercise was hard and not worth it. I find movement is inviting and enlivening.
We have not talked much about exercise and movement before on the podcast and now is high time we take it on.
