Such a special episode! Today is my 40th Birthday and it's the 2nd Anniversary of the Podcast! I feel like I've learned a lot about myself as a wife and working mom and with this being such a reflective, milestone birthday--I thought I'd share my top tips for SELF TRANSFORMATION for you based on what I've learned!
