Can changing how you talk to yourself change your life?
Discover the hidden power of transformative self-talk, essential for high-performers stuck in a cycle of self-criticism. Learn actionable strategies to reframe negative thoughts and supercharge your performance. By the end of this episode, you'll have two SUPER tools you can practice immediately to transform your inner dialogue and change your life.
ACTION STEP FROM THE EPISODE:
1. Record/write your inner dialogue first this in the morning and then listen/read it. Coach yourself as you would a client, friend, or child.
2. Apply the three questions whenever you find yourself in a cycle of negative self-talk.
- Is it true?
- Is it helpful?
- Is it kind?

If it's not all three, it's a negative soundtrack and needs to be flipped or replaced immediately.
