Modern life often pulls us away from our natural schedules, disrupting our circadian rhythms, which are crucial for our overall health.
Our modern, technology-driven culture has severely distorted our natural schedules. We no longer sleep or eat at times that align with how our cells are biologically programmed to thrive. This disconnection from our natural rhythms contributes significantly to what we can call "Bad Energy."
