Weekly Meal Plan:
Monday - Oven Roasted BBQ Chicken with Veggies
Tuesday- Chicken Pot Pie
Wednesday- Beef Tacos
Thursday - Grilled Cheese and Homemade Tomato Soup
Friday -Beef Dip with Caesar Salad
Saturday - Cheesy Ham and Rice Casserole
Sunday- Cream of Cauliflower Soup
Weekly Prep:
- Clean out fridge and wash shelves with hot soapy water
- Cut up apples with wedges and store in lemon-lime soda
- Cut up oranges and store in water
- Store avocados whole in jar with water
- Make Chocolate Chip Muffins from package
Other tips to save time and energy:
- Double batch where you can. Ie. double mashed potatoes, rice and ground beef
- Pantry fridge, freezer shop and use what you have
- Didn’t make all your meals you planned-no biggie, make them this week
- Let your gadgets do the hard work for you
- Multi-task where you can
- What are a couple simple things you can prep for breakfast, lunch even dinner
- Keep a sink of soapy water to wash and rinse as you go-saves time on clean up
