Recently, several large social media platforms known for spreading misinformation shared a post alleging a new nutrient profile system developed by Tufts University -- called the Food Compass System (FCS) -- suggested “Lucky Charms” were healthier than steak.
While there have been legitimate criticisms of the system, there are many false narratives and inaccuracies that have proliferated online.
