THIS EPISODE makes the case that Racial Discrimination is an extremely common problem in Primary Care and the NHS and can take many forms. It is a SPECIAL EPISODE in which our host Munir Adam is joined by a number of leaders that have dedicated their time, expertise and their heart towards addressing this extremely important problem.
This is part 1 of a two part discussion on the important issue of racial discrimination and racism. It covers:

  • The scale of the problem of racial discrimination and harassment
  • Common pitfalls, even by those who perhaps mean well
  • The journey taken by a dedicated team in London to create the first ever Primary Care Workforce Report about this
  • The impact that discrimination has had on those who have suffered
  • Actual quotes from sufferers
