This week’s guest is Rebecca Hormann. Since only taking up running a few years ago during Covid, Rebecca has risen to the top of the Ultra Running scene in the UK and Ireland.
She has won big events including the Ecotrail 80k, The Devon and Cornwall Backyard Ultra, and the Ultra Scotland 100-mile race.
We spoke about how Rebecca handles training, nutrition, and her taking on the Backyard World Championships this October.
