Welcome back to another episode. On this episode Pat begins talking about Flight and how we are pouring our first foundation this week! Very exciting progress is being made after months of just implementing softwares and making sure we have everything set. This week at Flight was a week of Alignments. Pat discusses how we all need to start reviewing our 2023 goals and writing down our 2024 goals. Personal development starts now for next year, however don’t forget to still live in the present because today is also important. Find your balance. When setting next year goals, think about what 12/31/24 you look like. Invision where you want to be and then set those goals and milestones to accomplish them. Creating a vision helps give you peace of mind and clarity, now it’s all about the execution of actually doing it.
