This is the ultimate in anxiety release for a good night's sleep. I start with guiding you through a Pranayamic breathing technique and then move to a progressive muscle relaxation. As you begin to doze off, I guide you through a 'Calm Serene Place' visualization, where we work through your senses and create a memorable place for your imagination to return to, whenever you become anxious. Gentle shoreline waves create a soothing calming sound throughout.
