Our conditioning are the 'rules' that shape the way we view and show up in our lives. Most of them were set before the age of 5 and most of them run in our subconscious. We are on auto-pilot until we start really looking at them. In this episode, we discuss how we have moved beyond the rules that have been stamped on us by our family, friends and society. As when you are aware you have a choice!
