In this episode, Tara talks again to Access Elemental Managing Director and Co-Founder Jennifer Neff who is joined by Alan Payne, Group Product and Engineering Director at The Access Group. Tara picks up where she last left off with Jennifer, following the partnership of Elemental with The Access Group.

For those who aren't familiar with their journey already, Access Elemental is a leading social prescribing platform used currently by over 70 different organisations - from Integrated Care Systems, to Primary Care Networks, local authorities, housing associations, prisons and higher education colleges - to seamlessly support and join up people within their own communities and to improve their connections locally.

Within the podcast, the group discuss:

  • Access Elemental's progress from start-up to partnership with The Access Group and what it's meant in terms of growth and development as a business.
  • How Access Elemental as a solution can support organisations in removing friction within existing healthcare processes and in evidencing the acheivement of key milestones
  • Extending visibility of the Access Elemental solution and how Alan is able to effectively manage a portfolio of systems and grow their customer base.
  • How to sell to the NHS
  • Navigating potential conflicts of "them and us" when working in partnership and other key lessons learned
  • Supporting Primary Care in improving confidence in the value of social prescribing
  • What the future looks like at Access Elemental and for social prescribing broadly
  • How they manage their own health and wellbeing
