Today my guest is the wonderful Cathy Knight
Cathy is the owner of Isme People. Using her 20 years in the recruitment industry she helps SME’s to identify, on-board and engage their staff. Through the pandemic she saw her business change significantly. During this time, she has pivoted her business and is currently on a mission to get 18-24 year olds the help and support they need to get into the workplace by supporting the governments Kickstart scheme. She supports her clients to access the scheme, recruit the right trainee and offers employability training once the candidate is in their work placement.
