Rachel Fernandez is an anxiety management coach and the host of the Ditch Mom Anxiety podcast where she helps Christian working moms regulate their emotions by calming their nervous systems.

After struggling with debilitating anxiety through miscarriage, pregnancy, and eventual motherhood, Rachel learned the importance of supporting her nervous system with food, rest, movement, and mindset so she could show up as a present, joyful mom. She loves to help other moms find their own path to healing their anxiety so they can stop yelling, start laughing, and finally find their calm in motherhood.
