Coaching is a performance tool and a sustainability tool. Professional athletes have coaches. Doctors need them too.

It is about:

  • optimization, performance, and fulfillment
  • agency, choice, and lessening your suffering.
  • being strategic and not making hard things harder

Coaching is a solutions-focused approach that helps healthy but burnt-out, stuck humans who are out of alignment and/or not functioning at their highest level.
