Growing up alone with a disabled and mentally ill parent was challenging but through my journey i have learnt so much. We can learn to leverage our pain and thats exactly what i have done and will continue to do so. When we show up through hard times and we talk about them we can be a light for so many others and thats always my mission.
I hope this episode is helpful for someone. Like Glennon Doyle says.... "We can do hard things"
