On this episode author, speaker, and philanthropist, Mike Cameron, shares how three words from a homicide detective changed his entire life. After his girlfriend was murdered, some people pushed for Mike to make change within a justice system that surely failed. However, Mike wanted to know how he could prevent emotionally disconnected men from existing in the first place.
It has often been said that hurt people hurt people until someone has the courage to stop the pain. That person is Mike Cameron, Mike is an advocate against gender based violence, and is the co-founder of Connect'd Men, an organization designed to create a safe space for men to practice emotional fitness and talk openly about mental health.
