In this episode, I wanted to share some thoughts on the invisible progress that we don’t take the time to see in ourselves. If you want to get good at the game, whatever the game is, you have to do enough reps and one of the reasons that we don’t do enough reps is invisible progress, we don’t see that invisible progress, if you are beating something down over and over and over it continues to break down like a belief that’s not serving you.

In this episode, we discuss:

1) In the early stage we are making progress, but it’s not visible to us, so we are not acknowledging it Because we can’t see the progress. Most people quit before they get natural at doing something. Most of us want to see progress to believe that it’s happening But for most things in life, a lot of the progress is happening visibly 2) Invisible progress is still progress, and you can train your brain to see the progress and learn how to stack those wins.
