Then Paula teaches us how to take care of our home's energy so that it can also be there to support us in the dark half of the year. We explore cleansing and blessing your home as well as our connection to our bodies, which is a form of home as well. We learn how to be in energetic exchange with the building we live in, and we get some really solid, practical tips to get the energy right in your living space.
Then Renee is really pleased with a new in-person offering, the 13th Circle, Louise is using dinner to bring joy to her life, and Paula is asolutely in love with ice hockey.
