I'm very fond of working with the heart, and so always love returning to practices such as this. In this meditation, we first sink deeply into a connected place, before breathing healing light into our hearts. Connecting deeply with our heart, we open space to connect with its wisdom, and set our intentions on carrying the practice into our lives.
