Dear friends, many of you are suffering from anxiety and panic attacks. While they might feel scary, frightening and debilitating, having a panic attack or feling anxiety is not dangerous per se. There are many tools we can use to overcome those feelings - and let them be part of the past.
I designed this recording to help you gently shift your focus to something different so you can touch base and fel safe again. If you need other types of relaxation recordings, please let me know.
