Sean Neves, David Chon, and Scott Gardner are Partners at Water Witch, Bar Nohm, and Remora, all in Salt Lake City, UT. Sean and Scott started working together in 2012 and a plan to open a bar soon began to form. In 2016, they opened Water Witch, located next door to Nohm, owned and operated by David Chon.
