We live most of our lives in our heads, thinking, calculating, edging our way to the next, and in doing so, we often fail to be mindfully present and live according to our heart and soul connection.

Today, we make an effort to start the journey away from the mind and into a deeper, more soul-driven connection. I sat down with mindfulness and meditation teacher Fleur Chambers to talk about meditation, mindfulness, self-permission, connecting with the self, and what it takes to live in growth.
