Manage episode 315288381 series 3273766
Jason Nemer is an acrobat, author, and the co-founder of acroyoga.
His book Move, Connect, Play: The Art and Science of AcroYoga details the core principles of AcroYoga, a practice that melds circus arts with the healing power of massage and the breathwork of yoga. Jason’s passion for partner acrobatics began at just 12 years old, and he went on to win silver and bronze medals at the World Championships and performed at the Olympic Games. After discovering yoga, Eastern philosophy, and Thai massage, he began fusing the key elements that would soon become the global practice of AcroYoga. Jason has dedicated his life to AcroYoga and travels the world to study, teach, and unite communities. His motivation is rooted in the belief that AcroYoga can empower all people through fun and connection. To pre-order a copy of Move, Connect, Play: The Art and Science of AcroYoga, click here.

Why cacao? As an excellent alternative to coffee, cacao is rich in theobromine, a native relative to caffeine. Theobromine's heart-opening effects energize the body and elevate the mood. Third Eye Cacao is organically grown, hand picked and sun-dried. Just boil water— Third Eye Cacao is easy enough for your morning ritual, and pure enough to be used for cacao ceremonies! (Check out Ep. 40 with Third Eye Founder, Neil Ryan Dumra).
